A Tu Gusto Restaurant is a versatile local situated a few meters from the spectacular City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia.After 3 years to strengthen its cuisine to the palates of discerning diners, the restaurant is consolidated and is characterized by a formal and careful treatment to clients, a kitchen market very carefully, very good value for money and accessible to all pocket.


The nature of our cuisine is Mediterranean, changing, flashing spontaneously creative and traditional dishes, fusion cuisine, national and international labor Salvador Furio, the restaurant owner and cook to your liking. All dishes are delicious and the homemade desserts.

The minimalist decor in shades of pistachio, black and magenta, increase the brightness of the place, some bouquets of fresh flowers adorn the tables and imparts a cheerful touch to the show.


At Noon A Tu Gusto offers 1 full Executive Menu for 10€ made with fresh and natural products, selected and in an exquisite gourmet addition to the regulars have a loyalty discount voucher thinking of our customers.At night, delight you with our creative cuisine, original dishes where attention to even the smallest detail. We have four very affordable price menus 15 €, 18 €, 25 € and 36 €, the cuisine is primarily market and renew the letter every 3 months to offer the best ingredients of each season.


In our selection of wines we have gathered a wide variety of white wines, red wines, reservations, Breeds, as well as better without forgetting Sparkling Sweets. Prestigious wines with the virtues that should clothe the fine wine elegance, good vintage and excellent bouquet. Salvador Furió, chef, has a brilliant resume behind CDT study Valencia was in Casa Salvador Cullera where consolidated its exquisite rice dishes one star restaurant A Tu Gusto honeyed rice as Norway lobster and truffle Sitak.


Submarine Restaurant opened in Item Oceanográfico rice. Team got together at Casa Alfonso, (Alicante) 1 Michelin star and work in the Finance Benazuza, THE HOTEL OF BULLI in Seville where they got the 2 Michelin star under the guidance of one of the best chefs who left the Bulli Rafa Morales this famous chef Ferran Adrià's right hand high professional, taught him discipline and philosophy to be taken in cutting edge cuisine, as well as more sophisticated techniques of creative cuisine of Bulli. Moral Rafa is undoubtedly a good friend and a great teacher from whom I learned and a genuine rockabilly, I keep fond memories of him and of my stay in Seville, of all comrades and friends to work on the farm and that stage in my life as also in all other places where I did work friends a big hug to all.
